Complimentary Design Consultation

It all starts with meeting with one of our designers where you can ask a lot of questions. We would like to get to know you, your desires and your concerns. We pride ourselves on taking the time to understand your needs and wants when it comes to whatever type of landscape project you have for us.

Budget Discussion

After we have spent the time to get to know you and your wants, needs and concerns about your unique project, and if you are comfortable that you feel we understand the direction you want to go, then we would have a working budget discussion to give you an idea of what would need to be spent to design and build the project that you want. During this process, we will ask you to be available to make decisions and meet with us to discuss the project. If this is acceptable to you, we will continue to work with you as we develop creative ideas to meet your projects’ needs and craft the scope of work within the budget that is agreed upon. When we reach a point where you are comfortable deciding to work with us to finish designing, and then ultimately build your project for you, we would work with you to finalize the design details, the colors, textures, material choices and all other creative elements to produce a design that you can see in 3D during a presentation. If you choose to work with us, all that is left now is for us to produce a well written proposal for your review and signature and we will begin the production planning to create your dream yard.

Once you’ve decided that we are your designer and contractor, we will create and show you a color 3D rendering. We can show you a remarkably realistic rendering where you can see your space from any angle, allowing you to visualize your space and ensure that your project will fulfill your wishes.
